Some minor updates...

Fiddled around with tv antennas, not happy though. These look way too thick, I think. Any hint on a suitable material to make lots of antennas on the quick would be greatly appreciated.

Also did some detailing on the outside walls (mainly a bit of texture, plus a few addons).

And finally, a bit of interior work. It's not much, but someone calls it home...

Would some sort of wire mesh work for the aerials...?

I really like the black and white, gives it a Charlie Chan feel  8)

How about brass etching them, minimal effort as long as you have the drawing (which by looking at the existing ones you already have).

cheers

same thought here. preparing an A4 sheet of antennas costs around 40-50 euros, but casting it only 15. you can even sell parts of that sheet on your webstore!

Brass etching would be ideal, but I guess I won't manage before Tactica (two weeks left, one of which I'll be on vacation). Maybe I'll give it a try afterwards.

You may have already mentioned and maybe I just missed it (if so, sorry for the duplicate question), but how'd you get the crackling on the walls?

Got damn, Jens! Even when flour bombed, it's awesome! ;)
I haven't got any better suggestions for the aerials then to do them in thin plastic card. But that's so damn brittle and fiddley that they'll break apart during transport :?

Perhaps small paperclips? Several of them put or glued together would make a nice antenna.

Fram, I used a stuff called "Facettenlack". It should be quite identical to this stuff. It does all the work by itself :)
