One thing I always wondered about that is would a cast iron bath stop a bullet or would it shatter?

Those old baths are not very slopes but bloody heavy. The one from are Bathroom thats I removed a couple of years ago had been in there since the 40's and one good hit with the lumb hammer saw it shatter  o_o
