I'm really interested as well, but I want to go in for a detachment or more...and there are no options for a British one. :( The stretch goal seem a little light as well, which isn't a big deal to me, but it may slow some other folks down from pledging.

I really want this project to be funded, I hope it picks up a bit more near the end

Progress on the project has slowed, so we're adding the new SS Vampire model to all backers at the Lieutenant level and higher! This is not a stretch goal! Just a free bloodsucking fiend for your collection. Pass the word!

The night sky over the planet Krikkit is the least interesting sight in the universe.

We've announced another stretch goal for Operation: Kickstart! This time, we're adding the OORD Hoodoo Conjurer to all backers at the Lieutenant level and higher if we hit $17,500! Keep up the support!

And now there is $3,242 to go. You're going the wrong way!

That's bollocks, why must they get our hopes up then dash them.  >:(

If the Kick start is unsuccessful when will the Book be available for regular sale.

Yeah, this morning it was over $7,000, and now has gone back down to $6,883, and this is (I believe) the third time it's gone above $7,000 and then retreated. Generally, I put in the amount I intend to pledge for and (based on past experience) increase it to include various add-ins. The number of backers has gone up, so it's frustrating that the level of pledges has gone down.

On the gripping hand, having this just before Christmas may have an impact on the amount of disposable income available to support this, especially considering the promised books and miniatures will not be delivered until months afterward.

You're telling me!  We're still on track to make our goal with two weeks left to go.  We've just announced add-ons for people to include in their pledge - check it out!

We have a back-up plan if the project doesn't meet goal.  Let's jump off that bridge when (if) we get to it.

Same here; just backed, but book only.
Ditto on that - I'd love to back it at a higher level and get some minis, but I've already got all the ones included in most of the higher levels and it's not worth it to me to drop all the extra coin for one or two minis I don't have. :(

Yay, almost there.

If there is one thing I don't like is that it seems you've geared it towards new players when it seems like many of the backers are older fans. This will potentially stop them from backing higher levels. Maybe there should be a 60 or seventy dollar pledge level that lets them just get 3 or 4 models incase they have a large collection and only want a few.
