And their historical information is atrocious. They'll often mislabel models from completely different wars or centuries. Their advice on historical models almost always boils down to "These would make great alternative Imperial Guard for 40k!" 

That's kind of beautiful though. It's like a child mentally reaching out to drag new square information into a round hole in its paradigm vacuole. If a desire for good looking and cheap proxy alts for IG  makes them suddenly interested in hoplites that's probably almost a good thing. Maybe.

Well, yes, that is a bit difficult to explain by DG's newfnagled "loose lips sink ships" policy. Surely customers with legitimate complaints should receive some sort acknowledgement at the very least that their issues are being handled even if no other explanations or excuses are forthcoming.
