more great architecture.

@ Mason

Good to see the "Concrete House" being repaired - an earlier one from the 1850's can be found here  - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_House,_Bridgwater

@Mason. Love that house!
A pity that it took so long time to get restored (and yes, if I was a billionaire I'd probably buy it on the spot).

@Ian:
Cheers! Do look forward to the first end product of this project, although the amount of details might be a bit daunting :D

@ Ramirez

That is a rather bizarre looking building for that period!

The one that I posted has a strange recent history, where the owner tried to neglect it until it fell apart, so as to build new flats, until told by the authorities that he was responsible for its upkeep.
He then built a copycat building right next door, I assume that he was thinking that no-one would notice the difference between the two!
It is now being restored, and I suspect that is being performed by a new owner....

In the originla picture (which I cropped) you can see the copycat house

Weird!

Damm, this has slipped off my radar and the pre-order slipped through. *grumble* But I have been in that boat with my mother having a large tumor removed the first of December. Oh well, have to wait for the regular orders to open up and buy away.

I know that pre-orders have been sent out.
Not sure about current availability at the pre-order price though...

HI all - real life did, indeed, intervene, but I'm catching up fast and have most pre-orders sent out now. Hoping to have the finished kit on display and available at Salute, along with another, smaller piece in a similar vein. Salute price will be full price, still happy to take orders at the pre-order price if anyone is desperate and wants to save a few quid :)
