If they skip Austria... Well, that would ignore the most persistent foe of the French Republic and Napoleon and that would just be... wrong.

I think I will wait buying any of these rules until I see that Austria is represented.

Gracias,

Glenn

I'm sure they will be covered in one of the volumes - any vaguery is entirely on my part - a friend had draft copies of some of the material as he was giving a 2nd opinion on some of the contents. Come to think of it I'm almost certain that I've seen part of an Austrian army list.

I'm now fairly sure vol 2 is the 100 Days and vol 3 covers everybody/thing not previously covered - presumably Russia, Austria etc.

I expect that the Russian campaign will have a book of its own.  ;D

I expect that you're right. I'll see if i can point Ady this way  ;)

I'm fairly sure that you're correct. Certainly our resident Austrian player gets games and Ady (author) uses Russians - in fact they were playing Austrians v Russians on the table next to me yesterday. Both are mates of mine. I'm just saying ..  :D

Well I figured they would start with the Peninsular or Waterloo campaigns first ::) so I'll need to wait for the Russian campaign.

Hi Gents, Just to clear a few things up, the first book is Peninsular centric and only covers Flanders to highlight how poop things were and why the army reformed which brought the changes that manifested itself in one of the greatest armies that Britain has produced, this book covers Anglo Portuguese, France and Spain.
Vol 2 covers the 100 days and looks at Anglo Hanoverian, Dutch Belgians and French. The rules in the book allow you to flavour your Dutch/ Belgian units to taste so if you believe the tainted anglo contemporary view of them they can be poor if you are on the other side of the fence they dont have to be :)

I am in the process of writing material for Russians, Austrians, Prussians, Saxons, Polish, Confederated states etc and these will appear in other volumes

hope this helps

ady
