I got the rest of the lowly warriors' hands drilled out and glued the miniatures on bases also. I hope to get spears in their hands this evening too. I'm tempted at trying gluing the shields in place before undercoat because I found it quite fiddly with my previous method... in fact I think the shields are what takes the longest for me!
