First take (WIP) on Bruegelburg miniature
« on: December 05, 2012, 01:53:58 PM »
Currently I'm working on the Knight and Henchman (Bru02) to use in my Mordheim Inquisitor warband.

Comments and ideas for basing are welcome!

Nice start! As the base is actually almost completely hidden by the figure I would suggest to take a bit sand for the base. Or, if you are willing to spend some time, trying to make a sort of cobblestone.

If he is specifically for Mordheim, maybe you can make the base match your Mordheim boards.

He looks good (that is, fierce and scary, as an inquisitor should).

Thanks for your comments. As he's intented to fight in the ruins of Mordheim, the base size is limited. I'm thinking of using a standard base or a Hirst arts tile and creating a display base where he and his loyal shieldbearer fit on together. I'll keep you posted  ;)

Not my favorite LAM figure.  Most of their other Brugelberg figures are derived from (or caricatures of) Renaissance historical/artistic depictions and I quite like them - this is of the D&D-Warhammer type-school.

I love'em!!  I really like the shield design, and the white coat on the knight both are striking.
