I'm a Pass based on that trailer but I'll remain open to persuasion.
"One of My Men Became Restless" focuses on 15mm Horse & Musket periods and 25mm Horse & Musket, Fantasy, Horror and Victorian everything! Occasionally there'll be stuff of related interest but it's mostly a painters blog.  See it all here: http://flashman14.blogspot.com/

Good timing - Marston Moor week.
Shame it wasn't tonight.

The Director's Kill List wasn't a bad film at all in a Wicker Man kind of way/style.

On that basis i'm going to record Field

Just been to the premier in The Ritzy in Brixton. Brilliant movie. Mind you I'm biased, as I was the military advisor on it with Smirnoff.  We even got a name check in the credits.

well, that was rather student arthouse bollocks, with long ponderous levels of meaning and symbolism that ultimately was meaningless - quite aptly summed up by the director in the interview after the film as having used techniques he did at school and even he doesn't know what it means. and what the hell was all that stupid posed vignettes bollocks? such promise... sigh

I think your doing art house students a disservice there, even they would have rejected it...

Missed the beginning - caught up with it when the four men were pulling on a rope.

Yep, my thoughts exactly. What a pile of pretentious, arty-farty nonsense  ::)
...and what fresh new hell is this?
