A mixed bag
« on: January 13, 2013, 06:04:59 PM »
Ok, so there are some zombies, however, I am going to use these in all kinds of modern games, so I thought I'd post them here, rather than on the apo-forum? Anywhoo, 20mm minis based on 20mm round bases. I wanted urban bases, so I cut the minis off their bases, leaving just small tabs, and glued them on these. Then I covered the slotta holes with some tape and acrylic textured paint(ish). Mostly Elhiem figs plus some old Combat Minis (I think?)

I tried first painting some sort of digi pattern on these, but it just didn't look right, so in the end I just highlighted them out in single color. Needs more practice if I want any patterns like that, and in any case I am not sure it's worth it in this scale.

An obligatory relative size comparison.

They look great
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
