New Victorian Buildings
« on: 09 February 2013, 03:20:26 AM »
Looks like NorthStar will be working with 4Ground to get us some new Victorian buildings:

One question though, one of the posters wrote:

"There are a few 28mm historical Victorian mdf ranges already out there"

Does anyone know who?

I wish more companies would do Victorian Buildings!

Yup, I do them as well (cheers Simon  8) ).

Mine are acrylic though, rather than MDF and I am working on some different sets of key buildings such as a pump house, governors mansion, church, station etc that will hopefully be ready for Salute.

cheers

James

Warbases do some too.
Gary, Glynis, and Alasdair (there are three of us, but we are too mean to have more than one login)

All good info guys - thank you.

Perhaps the moderator could pin this topic - I'm sure I'll need to look at it again.

Keep 'em coming.

Yep, I think they are referring to Warbases. MDF wise there's not much else out there that doesn't need converting.
As Jimbib said, acrylic and resin buildings are starting to appear but not in any great number........ yet.  ;)
Don't!

I'm working on something. I hope to have some resin kits available before Summer. I have access to a laser cutter and will be using it to make the brick wall masters for casting. I have a line on a UK handler for the casting to avoid overseas shipping as well.

I've been liasing with 4ground on these, so if you don't like them you can blame me :)

Should have some on my table at Salute though.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Any sneak peaks Dean?

Some of the Skytrexbuildings will work as shown here:

Bear in mind that some of them are only low relief though.

Not publicly yet, I only have some protoypes so far. Had a good chat with the guys today though confirming some pieces and time scales so it all looks good.
