Have to admit they do look good. That looks like a 1/35th diorama though so they'll probably be a bit big. I'll have a play when I'm back from visiting the inlaws and try some different types (plenty in my cupboard), the orange ones are smaller and don't have skins, so shouldn't have a drying issue.
So many projects..... so little time.......

I'd cast a section anyway, it'll drive you insane doing a whole board  :D

 :D

That does look good.
 :o

Time consuming for a whole board, but will have to remember that one for smaller areas.
Nice one!

Okay, now who's the lazy git?  lol

Does anyone know if Lemax still makes the Xmas Village sheets? Not nearly as lovely as most of this, definitely flat stones, too large, large space between stones, but a) easily cuts, b) not green, c) heavy plastic that lays out flat, d) doesn't outshine the crummy buildings I'm likely to use.  :D

Came in small (four inch wide?) rolls and 2' x 3' rolled sheets.

Can't find it on the site at the mo, but it's dreadful for searching.

The boards are 3' square skirmish boards and the areas for buildings will be left clear, so it might not be that bad...... maybe.....

The advantage of sticking them all down is that you can do none-straight edges and take away the modular look and make it more 'real'.

Do it, do it, do it  :D

I'm going to give it a go certainly. I just keep thinking of the brick railway arches that Overlord hand scribed for weeks.... Can't be as bad as that!

You won't know until you try it and by then it will be too late to turn back ;) lol
