Painted WW2 Soviet Commissar or Armies of the Soviet Union exclusive miniature

I know some of you have shown your concerns about this miniature, but I love the miniature, I think Paul Hicks has done a very good job again. I had the opportunity of painting him and I really enjoyed it. I love miniatures wearing long coats so for me that's a plus. Not trying to debate about Warlord Games policy, Games Workshop... just wanted to show the painted miniature.

1,5mm-2mm, I think, can't tell you exactly because I don't have it at home anymore.

What paints did you use for this?

I have used several brands, Vallejo (Model & Game Color), Foundry.
