Need help on a badge i found

Ok it is latvian i think is a brass one with a red swastika and has what i translate has patriotic guard  written under it? any ideas?

I also found it could mean
 Tēvijas sargs - Patriotic guard
or Guard of fatherland

A picture will help (blocking out the Swatika or linking the photo remotely - as per forum rules,etc).

The symbol of the Latvian air force from 1919-1940 was a red Swatika:

It might mean "National Guard"? Which complicates things a little.

It definitely looks interwar. I've spent 20 minutes looking on Google - unfortunately I can't find anything like it though. Let me know if you're successful.

In 1933 there was a fascist organization in Latvia called: "Defence of the Fatherland" (Tēvijas sargs):

I found this out so far:
was organization "Perkonkrusts" and "Tēvijas sargi"was under this organization, .... 1920-1941 year

In 1920. Latvian years, founded the Sports and Physical Education morally association "Homeland Security guard 'suppressed because it was linked to the LTA" Firecross. "It was founded in 1932 nacionālpatriotiska youth organization" Latvian Fatherland Guards' disbanded after the 1934 coup Ulmaņa .
