Eden is 2x2 while Confrontation (3.5) is 2x4.

Brink of Battle is designed for 2x2, 3x3, and 4x4 depending on point size and what you want to play on. 2x2 is actually my favorite for Period 1 Ancient/Medieval and Fantasy.

D&D (Dungeons & Dragons) skirmish works at various sizes depending on whether you want to play with Dungeon grids/maps or without.

With grids 2'x2' is a big table (will use D&D Miniatures handbook rules).

Without grids tables are 2'x2', 2'x4' or 4'x4' depending on the actual rules you choose. You can use the skirmish rules from the Miniatures handbook, D&D Battlesystem skirmish or the Chainmail rules. Covers skirmish battles in dungeons, caverns, buildings or open ground.

Normandy Firefight is written for 1/35th (54mm) figures on a 4'x4' table, so playing with 1/72 (20mm) figures the designed table size becomes 2'x2', or smaller if you want to go 15mm or 10mm skirmish.

AE: Bounty =  :? especially for planet side skirmishes
Dust Tactics = kinda :) but works better with at least 2 map sheets and IIRC they are something like 1.5x3' so it's more @ :?
Infinity the Game = :?
MERCS = like DT it's almost :) but IIRC 2x3' is the default area so :? really
Sedition Wars = is probably not really :) but should work with 4 boards just fine -- perhaps it should be :-I

Heh - my misreading of emails produces instances of disbelief which generally highlight the urgent need for more coffee.
I read the first line of this:
AE: Bounty =  :? especially for planet size skirmishes (spot the difference)
Now that would probably not qualify as 2' x 2'....  :o

Thanks all for the help - will try to apply the corrections this evening.

Another not quite so simple answer....

Scavenge Skirmish Survive was designed for multiples of 2by2: 2by2, 4by2, 6by2, etc.  The bigger the board the more minis and/or the longer the game.
My LAF Gallery is HERE
Minis (foot & mounted) finished in 2025 = 74
(2024 = 38; 2023 = 151; 2022 = 204; 2021 = 123; 2020 = ???)

Crooked Dice's games all work on 2x2 boards.  7tv is designed for 4x4 but will work easily on a 2x2.  7ombie TV and 7th Voyage both work a treat on 2x2
Smile!  It's not that bad!

Beautiful gaming board. Judging by the characters assembled on/around it, it is from Cadwallon, the Confrontation RPG skirmish.

Here's a pic of our fantasy board for Brink of Battle.  It's a 4x4' board, but in two 2'x4' sections.

Good grief!
Now we need a catalogue of fantastic 2'x2' boards! They're all grand; but that red rocket ship is something special 8) 8) 8) Guess it's because it's an iconic view.

As for the list - will work on it in the weekend, work is getting in the way.

I think it may be a tower and not a rocket but all the same it's spiffy. Not something I'd like to use for my games (not too fond of really big buildings you can't -- presumably for this one -- enter) but still.
