Wow fantastic! I don't own the game, do these figure come with it or did you add them in yourself? The skin tones, especially on the women look really lifelike.

 :o :o :o

Stunning collection!
 :-* :-* :-*

I shall be passing this on to a friend of mine who has the game and suggesting that he pulls his finger out and does the same.
He may not be appreciative of my suggestion, though!

Gloria looks like a bloke but all nicely painted,  but I have to say let down by some nasty mould lines. Worse on several of  the larger mythos creatures.

Never underestimate how good prep makes for excellent finished results.

Sorry and good luck.

 lol
I did think so myself, but thought it might be me.
Glad that you agree.

(She actually looks like a bloke I used to work with, but that is another story...)

Those are just bulging veins, haha ;)

The FFG sculpts of the larger monsters are so-so, I especially dislike the Dark Young, it looks like it jumped out of a 60s psycheledic art book or something, those big lips don't looks scary but instead remind me of the famous Rolling Stones emblem ;) The paintjobs however are good and I like that you opted to leave the forelegs of the Shoggoth of, it looks much better this way.

I don't think I painted stubble on Gloria, but I certainly used my 'go-to' male skin palette rather than the female one. I like to think I've captured a particularly sour expression on her face.

Never underestimate how good prep makes for excellent finished results.

As for the mould lines, I wilfully and knowingly left them there. I can't say that I really love these figures, to be honest, and the 'juice to squeeze' ratio of prepping them and giving them a nice paint job just wasn't worth it. I stand firm in my opinion that badly painted minis are better for gaming than unpainted figures, and these are my contribution to having painted figures for this game.

The figures come with the game. Thanks for the comment, I really struggle with large areas of skin.

I have to tell you, Barks, that it worked!

He has since started painting them and has completed six that I know of and may have done more since.
And this is a fella who has painted about five figures in the last couple of years.
You are obviously an inspiration!
