Lone Wolf & Child released fund raiser for "Help for Heroes"
« on: April 28, 2013, 04:23:17 PM »

Currently we are raising money in loving memory of our friend John Small who sadly died very unexpectedly at the age of 60. Steph (his wife) has decided to raise money for "Help for Heroes" in his memory.

We are selling 2x 28mm scale figure representing “Lone Wolf & Child" these figures are NOT limited in numbers but they are TIME LIMITED and will only be on sale for 1 month until midnight on 29th May. After this the mould will be destroyed and it will NOT ever be available again.

Designed for table top gaming they are also attractive display pieces. The figures can be found here: http://blackcatbases.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=437_690&products_id=3385 with more details.

All of the profits from this figure will be donated to “Help for Heroes” we have set up a giving page which can be found here:  http://www.bmycharity.com/JohnSmall we will be adding donations to it regularly as the figures sell, this page will also allow friends of John who wish to do so to donate to the charity on line!

In addition to this we will donate 10% of any order we receive in this period that includes at least 1 set of these figures to the charity. (This does include figures from our licensed ranges, for these we will donate 10% of the whole price of the figure from the commission % we receive from the sale).

These figures were commissioned by us a while ago from the very talented Josef Ochmann owner of Obelisk Miniatures, they were a private commission that we never intended to release but John meant a lot to us so we decided to use them to raise money for a worthwhile cause. Stuart Fielder a colleague of mine who also knew John and Steph very kindly took the photograph. Painted example by Einar Olafson painting.

Thanks for looking!
