Serenity / Firefly Crew

I can't imagine that you want to paint the Serenity crew without some other western themed frontier planet people for them to interact with. Don't overlook the Shadowforge "Wild West" female characters.  The "Rancher's Daughter" is one of my favorites.  She's not too old fashioned, and she's armed with a Winchester rifle:

Well my Heresy order came in today. So right now I Mal, Kaylee and Book. Plus I got figures that I think should work for Jayne and Wash with some conversion work. So that leaves 4 more to go.

Another possibility for Zoe. It is a Reaper figure and they tend to be 30-32 mm in size so she may be too big.

As long as she's shorter than Jayne she should be fine. She's quite tall, so the figure may look fine with Heresy [though maybe too tall for Hasslefree etc].

Maybe she just needs the flappy trousers trimming down to closer fitting ones with boots and the shotgun replaced with a "sawn off winchester" look-alike.

Another possibility for Zoe. Pinnacle is supposed to release it's Slaughter Gulch game (set in the Deadlands universe) and one of the prepaints looks alot like Zoe. The release date was for "Spring" of this year, but I have no idea if it actually released (or what the current plans are).

She's got the tight jeans, the pistol, and the rifle. The only thing that looks "off" is the hair is tied back (and I can't recollect if Zoe ever kept her hair back in a pony tail).

Stopped by the Pinnacle Forums to check when "Slaughter Gulch" was to be released during my lunch break today. It looks like it's on hiatus. So that Zoe miniature might never see the light of day.

Well Zoe is taller than half the men on the crew.  Reaper does seem to be scale creaping again.
