Feeding Chickens, as I recall from my experiences as a boy long ago, is a job for Heroes/Heroines. Chickens are nasty, vicious Creatures that would be fierce Predators were it not for their incredible stupidity...to look into the eye of a Chicken is to peer into a pit of madness. Your latest Lady looks to have the stuff to face The Birds....attractive but with a no-nonsense look about her. VERY NICELY DONE!

It sounds like the chickens you know have been munching on some of your mushrooms...  lol

DAY 18 of A Lady A Day completes this study in brown with a refugee from Gripping Beast. (She was hiding and I forgot to count her in the earlier Gripping Beast tally.)

Browns are difficult for me to work with. So many hues and shades, but getting them to look distinct from one another takes skill.  I do hope you do a group pic of all of these ladies at the end.

Have a good week!

The latest Study in Brown is as LOVELY as her Sisters in Brown. I liked her enough to go hunting down the Gripping Beast Minis...they're available from Architects of War & quite Reasonable. That aside, VERY WELL DONE!

A couple of Hapsburg Emperors had laws restricting clothing color, material, et al by social class; only the Landsknecht were exempt....color coded citizenry.

Great figures and great painting in here, keep it up!
Mellow brown tones in cloth are one of my favorite things.

DAY 19 is a dramatic switch in color scheme. This stand-out is one of the "entertainers" in the inn our champion owns.

A break from the normal brown will be good for you...the twitch will go away eventually. At any rate the Bard Babe is a LOVELY mini to do in a more feminine shade...NICE color choices & brushwork. VERY WELL DONE!

Day 20 of A Lady A Day is the last of a set of 5 that I gave my husband for his birthday a couple years ago. Something about her face (and maybe the skulls on the ground) suggested Sarah Connor to me. We don't play post-apocalyptic, but I figured she'll fit anywhere.

HURRAY! YOU REACHED YOUR GOAL...what's next?

The Captive Chick turned out VERY NICELY...GREAT "Save-a Lady" expression. VERY WELL DONE!

I did a bunch of that miniature & a few similar ones for a Mordheim Group; they were used as Objective Markers for rescue missions...with or without Tom Cruise.

Great stuff, Jevenkah.
Glad to see that are keeping this up.
Some lovely additions to the collection.

That has given me an idea for the Witch Hunter-themed game that will be coming soon.
Cheers, mate!

The lady in violet is most excellent and the captive just blows me away. She's a nice looking sculpt and I agree that she would work well in many genres depending on how you decide to paint her.  The title you chose for today's Lady is really cool :D :D

DAY 21 is another of our champion Bleddyn's employees at his inn in Timlin Town.

I have a vague (nothing new for moi) feeling I had that mini from a Metal Magic Bar Room Set; I may have done mine in purple, but that was a long time ago.
She looks good in red...appropriate for her profession perhaps. VERY NICELY DONE!

May be she has a Bag of Holding filled with all sorts of fabulous objects...or not.
