7ombieTV without question - quick to learn, fun to play.

Two-hour wargames' All things zombie the final fadeout (or something along those lines) is really popular. It isn't for everyone, but those that do play it, mostly like it.

Then you have the No more room in Hell from Iron Ivan's games. I have this one and while it has it all (vehicles, lawn mowers on those vehicles :P, lotsa guns, different kill chnace for zed and human...) I just can't get myself to like it. But I still couldn't point my finger to what is bothering me, perhaps the system.

You also got AR:SE, Akula's rules and Dead walk again (both free)

If you need info on zombie wargaming, you really can't go wrong with http://boardofthelivinglead.proboards.com/

My group really enjoyed Combat Zone with a Zombie mod, written up by Pil, which can be found in the combat zone Chronicles.

For an example, see:

Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

And another vote for AKULA's system.

My first choice for zombie survival miniatures games.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

AR:SE works great unless you are trying to do a campaign.

Thanks for the recommendations. Any of you who have the latest edition of Dead walk again and could send it to me? I didn´t manage to find it on their yahoo page.
Found Akula though so I am going to take a look at that as well.

{embarrassed grin} thanks for the vote of confidence chaps!

http://akulasrules.blogspot.co.uk/

The zombie rules are "Total AR:SE".... but they do have the advantage of being FREE, and can handle as few or as many zombies as you want (I've regularly played them with 500 zeds on the table, but they work equally with half a dozen).

I'm around most days if you have any questions - just drop me a PM.

Cheers

Matt

Strange, The rules are in the files section on the Yahoogroups page as are a bunch of other files.
You do need to sign up as a member to be able to download them.
