[Brigade Games] Japanese Squad WWII
« on: 07 July 2013, 11:26:16 AM »
Hi,
I painted my first japanese squad for Bolt action, they are from Brigade Games, and sculpted by the great... Paul Hicks!
I hope you like them... and more pics on my blog.

Great minis and good paintjob. 8)
I like the Paul Hicks Japanese way more than the Warlord one!

Have fun with the book, I am looking forward to my copy! (Always a great Feeling to hold a final printcopy of a book you have written in Hand!)
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Great paintjob, but I think the TAG-Japanese are the better choice. These look like comic-ones...

Like them a lot.
All my Japanese are West Wind and Battle Honours.
If I was starting to paint this period now, I would use the figures you did.

Looking very nice. I may consider these figures when I get around to adding a Japanese squad to my collection for Operation Squad WW2, because I'm not a big fan of the Warlord ones either.

Respectfully disagree with Nurgle, I think these are really nice figures and you have done them exceptional justice with your paint job! And the basing is really nice too.

I think it is ok, because we all have our opinion and taste about miniatures. I prefer TAG and BA. But the painting is great. Looking forward for more.
