The columns were either from The Bank of England or Waterloo station, both models that were made at work and had a plethora of little twiddly details that were ripe for the taking

A new member is on the way to the Ludus of the Flos

He's going to have his sword turned into a sicka so he will become a Thraex. I've also added a massive feather to his helmet just to give him a bit more flair.

Apologies for the slightly blurry photo

I've also done some limited work to the seating of the arena. Probably doesn't make much sense at the moment but it will do in time.

I'm starting to worry about you lot. Captain Blood's gladiator with his huge great muscles, yours with his big flouncy feather?! I'm a bit scared to see what Malamutes latest recruit is going to look like...

Taken to a level you'd expect from James.

That thing must be pretty big, yes? Have you thought about sinking the arena into a coffee table or some similar surface.

Don't mind the ostrich feather, plume of smoke or squirrel tail at all either. He will certainly stand out.

Again loving what you fellas are doing with these big glads.
