Good evening gentlemen thankyou for the kind words and interest in my project as per previous post

After seeing the works and being a follower of chaps like Mr Hindley, Painterman, and Captain Blood, to name just a few, Im just glad they they past the early stages
Your technique is quite impressionistic - but very effective and bold at a distance. Personally, I like them a lot. Great colour choices too.
Mr Captain Blood, thanks, I must admit others have said they look impressionistic I think its the watery effect of the paint and with no clear outlines, yep they look good at a distance and also if you squint when looking at them too

is that the Earl of Buchan lurking amongst your knights, menacing people with an axe..?
Mr Iain(Fellow early-heraldry-painting slave...) Im afraid not good sir, its Ranulf de Blundeville, Earl of Chester
Is the main man William Marshal? The green/yellow with lion rampant was his symbol, and he was present for many decades on the battle field, so I am assuming it is meant to be him?
Mr Little Odo It is indeed.
The full list of knights in the unit is:-
William Marshall and standard bearer
Aymeric de Sancto Mauro
Ranulf de Blundeville
William, Earl of Ferrers and Derby
James de Guallo

The sources Im using for the heraldry are the witnesses to King Johns will and the Barons who oversaw Magna Carta heres the links:-
