Excellent painting! I have the Otherworld adventurers lying about here but haven't had a go at these two yet. I'm very much impressed with your painting - all of it for that matter.

Once you start showing off a great collection, the people will expect updates. It's either that, or an angry mob in Cardiff ;)

These are really great! Can you ID those trolls please? Haven't seen those and wouldn't mind picking up that first one. A good match in style to the Red Box goblins.

They're North Star, from their very nice 'Of Gods and Mortals' range -

Sometimes you get a figure that just begs to be painted and these babies were a real treat.

EDIT: Apparently the Troll Shaman isn't currently available, but may be included in a fantasy range in the future.

The Other World Minis are LOVELY, but a bit out of my price bracket when not on sale. Seeing your FINELY DONE creations makes resistance very difficult. They all fit SO WONDERFULLY with the Old D&D/AD&D look. GREAT WORK!
I just buy their vouchers and then use them straightaway. I'm a bulk buyer though as I try to save on postage whenever possible.

Love your paintwork.

I like the slightly gangly and awkward look of many of the Otherworld PC figures, it reminds me of the original Grenadier AD&D figures that were all slightly "wrong" and some of the Asgard figures. I'd love to put a collection of these (Otherworld) together.

The trolls remind me of something from Jim Henson. How big are they compared to 28mm character types?

They're noticeably larger without being huge, so your standard GW Ogre or Troll stature; so kind of 9ft or 10ft tall stood up. I forget exactly how big the bases were, but I think they were 40mm round.

I absolutely love those trolls and that orc. Nice sculpts but made to look fantastic with your excellent brushwork.
