The guys make it look like a very young lizard, or perhaps a fetus, so given its size it really could work as a baby in 28mm. I'm now imaginging that you have a little leash for that thing so you can keep it in check. Kids eh?

c:
I'll leave that up to the people with the wire. ;)
If you'd like an apocalyptic monster in 28mm, throw me a PM and I'll think it over.

A visual representation is required I think. :P

Eww...  :D

Hmn, I can see a few changes that I'd like to do myself on that model, but that's just my usual need to convert everything. I mean those things look like they should come in packs, so a bit of variety is always nice. I'd cut the head off and twist it so that it looked like it was swinging its tentacles at a foe. Oh, and maybe add a collar to one. Having the torso as a separate piece, whilst obviously making it easier to cast, does meant that its easier for people to swap it out for some else too (not that having something like this would be cool or anything...). Sorry does that sound like I'm already lining up cash to throw at you? Well, ah I am. ^^

Any intentions to make a larger version? Perhaps with the preface "Evolved"?

So, are they ready to send out at the moment, or will we have to wait a while?  ???

It's taken very little effort to get it casting nicely - one more "test" ought to see if the single problematic area is going smoothly..

A bit of fore-warning - the join between torso sections was REALLY.. REALLY badly planned, it'll need cutting down to fit together. It's not like model-ruining? But it annoyed me that I saw the obvious alternative about 5 seconds after pouring the first half of the mold.
*sigh*
I need to cast another to find the weight, anyway.

Not that I'll be able to decide on a price!

Salivating glands, engage! Lookin' real good Messy. I remember you had a few torso options in the works as well, how are they working out?

Now I got this lot cast, I'm going to start messing around with extras (and work out how to put a stop to the nonsensical air-bubble I keep getting in an open part of the face!)
I have two extra torsos for now, yes.

I'm going to try and get them on the go ASAP, alongside the mutant and the.. Funny lizard thing.
It's been so lovely and peaceful lately, not like the hell I went through at work in Winter!

Two torsos? That be the female one and one with the two heads?

Mien Messyart miniatures. Youknow, just to throw in some more painted examples of his toys into this thread.

Dragon

Stinkflies (I have six, but a wing broke off one)

Plus a comparison scale shot with one of my Paladins.

And the most dangerous game of all. ...Uh, a baby Dragon.

So, anyone else have pics of their own dollies?

Thank you, Wyrm'. C:

And here's the end result of some brush-time;

(I had chopped a bit off at the back and forgot to fill the gap left behind..)

I'll be honest, I was expecting more noise here. :P I'm pretty pleased with this guy.
