Yeah same here. My birthday present that was ordered on the 11th August. No luck contacting them by phone or e-mail. Hopefully get it this side of christmas but not holding my breath. Ah well, keep trying to contact them I suppose.

Good news. Black Cat texted me back today. Very apologetic. They say that they've got through most of their orders and the rest will be complete in next fortnight. Was good to hear after everyone is struggling to get in touch with them.

I made an order on the 27th of October and have had nothing since the confirmation email. I hope something happens soon.

Why would anyone order from this company? They sound truly awful

I had good service the first time that I had made an order with them but forgot about this thread when I made my second order. I hope it's just a one off problem for them.

I've never had a problem with them before and can only surmise that their current problems are exceptional. They're just a small hobby outfit with few resources so they are badly affected by things like illness. I have no connection with the company by the way, I'm just hoping they get back on their feet, especially as I want to order some deep ones.
