 My order arrived yesterday afternoon, and in the matter of giving credit where credit is due. I ordered a few miniatures from the obelisk gangstars line. and to make up the delay they threw in the whole packs those miniatures where from..

Blimey, well at least they are making good on orders ultimately.   But still: blimey. At least the wheels are still moving, both in terms of their business and it indicates they may be on the healing road again. Hope things improve for them.

I have to say though, being a recent returnee to the hobby after 20 years I'm getting used to a certain degree of flakyness in half the orders I've made with companies.  Really knacked off to get an email from Wayland Games saying they've had to get some of my order from the manufacturers. WHY THE F*CK WAS IT ON THEIR SITE?  FFS.  I dunno, maybe that 20 years of ordering anything BUT miniatures got me used to a 3 day turnaround on products marked available on commercial websites. had EXCELLENT service from hasslefree, Avolak, Brother Vinni, NobleKnight and Miniature Empires (ebay) and a few other companies.  TritexSports on ebay marked an order as despatched and then emailed to say it wasn't in stock so I got a refund today. I wasted an HOUR looking at that listing.  (AARRRGGHHHH)

Over the years I have had 5 successful refunds from PayPal and none of the sellers ever responded to PaPal as far as I can tell.  Seems to be 'just part of doing business' in some cases.

I remember them being at Salute a few years back. Most wondrous glass cabinets full of stuff I needed. I have ordered without issue in the past but not for at least 6 months or so.
