Surely any differences depend on the scale?
At 15mm or even 1/72nd you would be hard pushed to tell?

The D had a cylindrical turret cupola and a 'letterbox flap' for the hull-mounted MG, compared to a hemispherical cupola and ball mount on the A and G. Not a major difference but I'm pedantic enough to care. I could also challenge me modelling skills to convert it, but then I'm a bit too lazy to care...
