Some 1/50 Lledo days gone diecast cars off ebay at £0.99 a piece. :D
Not sure the vans in the back are really 1/50, but at that price, I'll use them anyway.

A size comparison with the spyglass zombie general:

I'm wondering whether instead of a full repaint, I could just highlight and weather them and then give the whole a coat of matt or semi-gloss varnish to get rid of the toy look. Any ideas?

More vessels rather than vehicles but the Xmas pile had one each of Mimi & Toutou. Now where is that spray can? :P

Just ordered Rolls Royce, and Japanese type 97 and Sunida armored cars from All Fronts Armor.  Will forward picturs upon receipt.  They are resin 1:48 scale.  They are in their WWII line but I intend to use them for WWI or 20s action.

4 1/56 scale `32 Ford Model A coupes. Two are hot rodded and need repainted, the other two are perfect including white wall tires and a white wall spare on back.

I received three 1/56 Chieftain Models T-72's today.  It took about one month for them to arrive here in the USA, but they are worth the wait!  I was impressed how clean the casting are.  I haven't had a chance to build one yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so.  I checked the exchange rate again today, US$1.48 to the pound.  I might have to order a few more things once I get a few more paychecks in the bank.
