Hello Walktapus, I was looking on your site and saw your repainted die-cast cars, may IO ask how you painted them to get that nice and dirty effect without completely repainting them? :)

My quick and dirty method. I put a matt varnish spray coat, then a dry pigments wash (Van Dyck brown) and then a last varnish coat.

I used the glue for tiling (glue and the joint between the tiles. Sorry : don't know how this is called in English). Added with water, and painted with a brush it gives a nice texture to the roof and walls, not too rough, like concrete.
