"Anzacs in Archangel"by Michael Challinger
« on: 04 November 2013, 08:24:58 PM »
Just picked up this used copy,of the aussies in archangel1918 - 1919 ,I did not know they were their.they kept their slouch hats for summer, and commonwealth winter gear for cold weather.Mosquito's seemed more of a problem then the bolos. The british would use them as shock troops. They also had Mg units,18pdr qfr guns and 3,7cm mtn guns.It is a great read, came out in 2010.and you can use foundry or gripping beast for summer and tiger for winter. It just adds to the hodge podge of units you can  paint.I give the book 4 stars, great read.

Thanks for the tip! Looks interesting.

For those searching, the actual book title is: ANZACs in Arkhangel
