The miniatures are mostly Old Glory but with two Perrys as Old Glory sold these in packs of 10 and I needed 12.

We had another great game of Hail Caesar.

The back story was that with the arrival of new crusaders by ship the County of Tripoli would raise a mercenary army and together with these and its standing forces march southwards.
The spies of the Ayyubid dynasty picked up their movement and mustered its own forces and marched to meet this threat.

That meant that we could use oure joint collection of medieval and crusader era miniatures in one battle.

Thanks friends.

I still think I need more commanders for my force.

It was fun to play around with the details and the fabrics on this one.
And I also painted a dismounted Mamluk as a sort of bodyguard to him.  :D
