Why 26 Paul? You have me intrigued!  What and why is this the magic number? :)

Two suits in a deck of cards.
 ;)

The Citizens will be another and the Cavalry the last suit.

The game will involve the same rules as last time around but with the option to 'combine fire' with groups of models, which will help speed the game up and cause more destruction no doubt....will also allow for 'ganging up', which should be fun.
 :D

Still aiming for four players to a game but with two more distinct 'sides' as compared to the free for all last time.
Co-operation, or the lack of it most probably, could be the key.
 ;)

Wow !
Very nice miniatures. Different brands mix very well together.

I dont have a problem in mixing things up too much, so long as they are not too different in proportion.
An 'irregular' band like this is much easier to mix and match as well.

There are a several manufacturers represented in there: Black Scorpion, Foundry, Galloping Major and DMH.
The next few will include a couple of my own figures that have been converted to Apaches, so there will be five different brands in there by the time the band is finished.

The train is going to be playing a key part in the game.
In fact, I need to make a new car especially for it.

Silent Invader MKII ... The Town of Upsheet Creek UD:14/05
« Reply #2363 on: 14 May 2015, 06:30:19 PM »
I have just finished on the new and improved version of Silent Invader for the Creek.
The original version, the old Citadel Beorn model is now residing in France.

The new version is another old Citadel model, from the old Wood Elf range.
A more appropriate model given he will now have a slightly different role to play..... ;)

The Bear, La Clava....

He will still be, potentially, as annoying as the last version.
 :D

I have that same bear! I picked it up from a bits box bargain bin from the Glasgow GW store in the 90s. It didn't have a head so I had to put one on with green stuff. The bear was hilarious last year.

He looks appropriately intense  :)

It certainly was 'intense' at time last year, especially when he smelt bacon cooking.
Just ask Captain Blood!
 :D

lol
Looks like he's been sniffing superglue to me...  ;)

In proper SI style, plenty of superglue was used when fixing him to the base.
Along with plenty of green stuff.
 ;)

A bit lump like that wandering around town always adds to the fun.
As I am sure it will this time too.
 ;D

...The bear was hilarious last year.

I guess that rather depends if it is near you.
 ;)

It should feature more centrally this time around.

Town Vigilance Committee ... The Town of Upsheet Creek UD:15/05
« Reply #2369 on: 15 May 2015, 09:40:34 AM »
New members to add to the Town Vigilance Committee, which will be forming a faction in this years game....

Picked up on the Bazaar recently to fill a few gaps in my metal BS collection.
Originally painted by Mister Rab, I have given them a little more highlighting and a rebase to fit in more easily with the rest of my figures.
