Excellent band of apaches you have been collecting.

He also painted Captain Mancave for me at the same time, hence his appearance in this picture.
Dont worry, he wont be appearing in the Creek (but I may sneak him onto Captain Blood's Cave Wars table at BLAM  :D).

Sshh.  Don't tell him!! He might not notice.  lol lol lol

I think that he may well have half an eye out for it if it were taking place now, but he may forget by the time it comes around.
We shall see if he remembers.... ;)

Indeed!
He has done a fine job.
It is nice to see one painted up at last.
And so well, too.

Captain Mancave would be powerful ally for the Apache, white men would be doomed!  :D

 lol
There may not be much of the town left after, either..... ;)

Great additions all round mate although I think an entire group shot is in order  ;D

Seeing as how I am sick as a pig at the moment, I dont feel up to painting or building anything.
Maybe I could manage to take a few pictures to alleviate the boredom, though.... ;)

There are rather a lot of the buggers in the collection now, though.
You have been warned!

While the Apaches look wonderful, that fellow in the middle rather steals the show,

Cheers, mate.
I think..... ;)

As it turns out I was well enough earlier this evening to get the first test game for this year's BLAM scenario played.
 :D

While the basic mechanics of the game remain the same, which will mean that those who have played before will pick it up within minutes, those that have not (we had a newbie playing the Apache) will still pick it up really quickly too.
The changes seemed to work well, with a slightly different system for the turn order of things, a much more random affair which seemed to really add to the tension and fun factor.
And the chaos, of course, which is a good thing.

They both picked it up really quickly and I left them to play out the second half of the game without me.
Wonderful!
 :D

It was played out with just two players, one taking each side, but will work easily for up to six people this time.
The two sides will just be split between the players, with each player having an additional personal objective to complete as well.

I have left the table set up so that I can take pictures of this year's planned layout and so that I can take the promised group shots tomorrow.
 ;)

The Crowd... The Town of Upsheet Creek UD:04/06
« Reply #2414 on: 04 June 2015, 03:18:04 PM »
The promised 'Crowd' photo of all the inhabitants (so far!) of Upsheet Creek and the surrounding area....

Quite a few of the little buggers....

I also took some shots of all the individual groups.

I just need to find some time to sort them out.
I shall post them as I do so.... :)
