Hope you like it, Mama.....
 :D

lol

Is the proprietress a diminutive, hairless Mexican lady by any chance? ;)

(I am getting quite worried about the next premises along, I have to say...  )

:D Could it be The Captain's Blood Bank? Ahead of it's time admittedly!

My guesses are a tobacconist or a town newspaper for no other reason than a hunch (which is more than likely very wrong!).

I'd love a game at Upsheet Creek, shame you're so far away mate!

By the way, I've started my first Mason style sign for my first painted town building!

Yes, indeed.
The clues were there.
 :D

Thanks, Za!
Much appreciated.

 lol
Not quite.
I shall post a piccie of Mama Mute standing in front of her shop when it is finished.
 ;)

 lol
You can relax, as the next shop along is underway and the signs have already been remade.
It is already designated to another LAFfer that is often to be seen in the company of Bibbles and Mama, so it is appropriate.
 ;)

Have no fear, though.
Your turn will come along soon enough.... :D

It wont be any of those, but I do like the idea of the Blood Bank.
I was tempted with that one if I am honest.
The good Captain's turn shall be along shortly, though......

Maybe not.
There has been some suggestion of a big Old West game at BLAM.
We shall have to see where that leads.
 ;)

By the way, I've started my first Mason style sign for my first painted town building!

Looking forward to seeing it when it is ready.
 :)

Aha! So it will be the town quack then - a physician who loses many patients I surmise  ;)

Thanks for the (temporary) reprieve...  ::)

Got it in one!
 :D

Here is the fella in question, with his amputation blade.
A recent immigrant from Great Britain, he has set up his surgery in Upsheet Creek.
Some say that he left London under suspicious circumstances.
 ;)

He will have to be rebased, of course, but that will be done when I do a few others.

Thanks for the (temporary) reprieve...  ::)

 lol
You are welcome, but it is only temporary.....

Mama's Place is cool, but, now that it's too late, I think Madame Mute's would have given the business more of the haute coiture feel that western women are so into.

Like it! Is he a retired military doctor?

I had thought about making my town doctor a retired Union surgeon.

I agree, Al, Madame would have sounded better.
It is just that Mama Mute is a play on words concerning a particular forum member's username, in the same way as the proprieters of the Hardware Store and Bath House.
 ;)

A retired Army surgeon sounds good.
The 'Doctor' at Upsheet Creek however has a bit of a shady past and it has been rumoured that he may have frequented the Whitechapel area of London in the past....... ;)

Cheers, mate.
Here's hoping that you actually get to play a game amongst them soon.

I trust "Mama's" will stock the latest dresses from the great fashion houses of Paris and Milan?

It's looking great, keep 'em coming. I am looking forward to seeing Dr Mortems surgery ;)
