Any idea what I have in mind for you?

Lets just say that you are not a million miles away.
With the first suggestion, that is.

Not cheap but then Shapeways isn't always. There is a great Bear in Shapeways but exxy and I think it would be too big. OTT I'm looking for one for an Indian Canoe race game.

Thanks for the tip, Giles, but I feel that they are a bit too pricey for what they are.

I will either use those on something that I already have or have a go at making my own.
I cannot really justify spending that much on some antlers.

Poiter50: I have a bear already, and he should be making an appearance soon.
 ;)

Anyway, I can come back to further embellishments for Elk's place, the Barbers is up next.....

Pencil sharpener warning!.....Upsheet Creek for BLAM 2014 UD:04/06
« Reply #1102 on: 04 June 2014, 11:08:22 AM »
A while ago I ordered some pencil sharpener wagons from Sharpenking.

When they arrived, I was very happy with most of them and have used four of them already, three wagons and a stagecoach (which needs horses, but that will be done soon...).

I also ordered a couple of carriage-type wagons with horses attached.
Rather ugly horses, but I did not think that would matter as I could just remove them.

Not so.

The horses were affixed to the wagon with a huge bar of metal that would have been a nightmare to attempt to cut off myself.

Luckily for me, there is a workshop at work with all kinds of cutting tools and (even luckier for me) a technician who knows how to use them.

I gave the offending items to him yesterday and he removed the ugly equine bastards so that I now have two wagons that I can at last make use of.
Cheers, Al!
 :D

So, a word of warning: Do not buy the ones with 'horses'!!!

A picture of one of the now-usable wagons....

And one of the wagons with its ugly horse...

These should make a nice distraction to work on should I get fed up with painting buildings....

I think it might be the fabled "magical" equestricorn.
A mythical beast that has the body of a unicorn and the head of a horse.... oh wait..

The sickle in the fruitful field;
The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."
