I can honestly say that Bertie is amongst the last people on this earth that I would be letting near me with a pair of scissors!
What a scary thought!

I would like to think we look like these:

But we probably are more like these:

Alas!

Ok, chaps, we are getting another test-game in tonight, different players this time to see if they have any different opinions on the 'rules*'.

Also, we shall be trying out the new set-up with new starting positions for the posses and the track running through the centre of the table.

I have a few new characters to introduce so I will try and take pictures of them outside of their respective establishments before we start.

Piccies later....

yep, given what a state I make of my own Barnet I wouldn't let me cut your hair either! But I AM cheap ;D

I am honoured with my Upsheet Creek avatar, Mason. I just hope I age as well in real life as the Legionnaire Bert the barber; that is a very natty beard. Wears a fez well, too. And the background fluff? Genius! :D Well pleased - and magnificent work on the building as per usual - a superb addition to the town.

Right, who's next for 'the usual'? ;)

Glad that he/it gets your approval.
You can see it for yourself later, but until then here is a piccie that seemed to escape earlier posting clearly showing the rest of the Legendary Robert's sign littering the ground outside, with 'Bert himself on the lookout for the varmints that did it......

Maybe Brian's Mum knows something....?
 ;)

As for 'Next'?
It was going to be the Railroad Station but, as I have just gotten a parcel from Silent Invader containing one of his lovely FIW buildings that should convert nicely to the Creek with very little effort, the oldest Saloon in Town shall be next.
 ;)

That lovely building, with a few small things added will make the next addition to the Creek....

Thanks, Chaps!
 :D

The Inn is indeed a great build by Silent Invader that I am really looking forward to playing around with.
I hope to get on with it in the next couple of days.

I set the table up for a test game, which was played earlier and the rules are working pretty well and produce a fast, fun game and they just need a final tweak to get the game time down a touch.

I have a couple of pictures which I will post in the next few days.
 :D

Before the game I did manage to put the finishing touches to another couple of the Town's Citizens.
Mostly a couple of thin washes and a rebasing job to a few figures that I bought recently.

Firstly, the Man from the Brewery, Theodore Cornelius Cheeks, better known around Town as Thunderchicken after the brewery that he owns.
.
Here he is posing outside the Thunderchicken Brewery Warehouse.

Hope you like him.

I shall post a picture of Matt O'Keyshee tomorrow....
