I need to talk about Air War C 21 rules -  I believe a game of Air Car C 21 was absolutely butchered because the GM has no idea how the rules work (I may post separately how I remember Yesterdays game at the Con ran mechanics wise 0 but it has been over a year so I wanted to re-read the rules (some of which I have done) and speak to the author first if possible. 

Experienced GMs (I ran a fair number of games several years ago and I played in a lot of them during and before that time and this game seemed to bear no relation to any of those games but maybe the the rulEs really as dysfunctional as it played yesterday and I am merely glossing over my past games with HAPPY DUST.) are asked to post on the other thread (when I get a chance to put it down on virtual paper, correct typographic errors, grammar and spelling; and ensure some level of clarity.) 

The reception to these rule as ran at the con from the adults was very cool to mildly dismissive IMO.  I know that I would never play the game again if this was my first experience.
