I'm restructuring my dropbox folder, so the existing link which I've provided people with no longer works. Sorry about that. PM me for the updated one.

I've also added more images beyond just posters now. So if anyone happens to be interested I've pretty much just dumped what I have on my drive there (which sadly isn't as much as I'd like given that I lost a chunk to corruption a while back). Now there's images of shacks, vehicles, vaults, graffiti, people, and well loads of crap (um... some of which is taken from folks here, purely as reference

I've added in fifty book covers as well now. Hmn, now I suppose I should look up a tutorial on how to make 28mm scale books. Those shelves that I made could do with filling...

I'm also considering making billboards at some point. I guess that they're really just a big rectangle of plasticard with a few trimmings and lights. *Prepares self for a much more complex task. Oh actually I should be on the lookout for desert roads, but I suppose that those could be easily made at home.

Oh and cool for the interest in all those pictures. If people want me to create sheets like the example one it doesn't take much. I suppose that could be easier for people than cherry picking from hundreds of images. Hmn, so I suppose a generic sheet of all sorts of images, a propaganda specific one, an advertisement one, and well whatever else seems relevant (pin-ups? Damn I still have loads of those to upload...)

Now I need to head out and pester a charity lady for not giving me a job. ...I'll finish up the nukes come sundown. ;)

I should stick a link in the Fallout miniatures thread, but I'm not sure if that'd be permissible. Well one, there's a bit of vintage teasing and nudity in there. Two, copyright issues. That and I don't know if distributing stuff through a dropbox is entirely secure, so I'm not giving it out to anonymous fellows. So whatever, I'll stick a link in my signature and handle everything through PMs for now.

Ah tah zizi666. Sticking in more images is no problem. I have 2 Gbs of storage. Issues develop when there's so many images in there that nobody can be bothered looking for anything. But I suppose at least its all categorised, which is more than be said for Googling "Fallout Posters".

Wanna see what I found in a drawer? Course not, but shut up I'm showing you anyway!

According to the time stamp on an old ass image I found I originally made this model back in 2011. Yeah, that sounds about as far as its quality wise (I've gotten worse). I'll need to resculpt parts of its, and finish off the rest, but I think I may have a genuine, certified suit of T-51b power armour. =P

...Though those proportions are a little Games Workshop. It is made from GW parts. Chaos Marauder arms and legs, plus a Space Marine torso and shoulder pads (turned on their side and reshaped by the looks of it). Maybe ...maybe, it won't look entirely horrible if I try giving it some love and care (and half a pack of modelling clay).

Oh and the head's a Brother Vinni one of course. It had an Imperial Guard one originally, but it looked massive.

Uh, I need to take better pictures. It'll look better with some paint on it (hopefully).

Cool! It has a very Fallout 1/2 sort of Power Armour vibe. I dig it!

@Achilles

He looks better in real life. My camera doesn't give the best impression of it. Ah, but just to clarify, I am painting him (or is it a her?) up in the classic green and grey colour scheme. ^^

Oh woes, have some nukes! :D

Alright, translations:

The Israeli one has Jericho (יריחו) printed above its serial number in Hebrew.

The Chinese one reads, "Najing Fuckers!" (南京不要脸!) - America captured the city during their invasion of the Chinese mainland.

And the buried one has the "*Love* the Bomb" scrawled on it. ^^

New Californian Republic
Veteran Ranger (Mantic Deadzone Rebel Leader)

What an awful model to paint. That black armour was just horrible. I'm not slighting the model, I just failed completely at painting it properly. I swapped the head out for a Brother Vinni one, and the left hand's been changed from reading a datapad to an open one (she's signalling or something with it). Its better than the other three Veteran Ranger models I have, but I still don't think I've made a decent one yet.

I've been out all day, so not been able to paint anything. The Paladin in T-51b's basecoated, and I should have him done soon. Eugh, I have too much crap on.

* Edit: My order from Crooked Dice also arrived today (heh, I just noticed it sitting by my front door there when putting the rubbish out). Now I haven't given Vlad's Army a proper read, but the cards have some prospects for Fallout. Example, one of the scavengable pieces of loot is nylons, perfect for any fashion conscious wasteland lady. Others include stats for a Tommy Gun, Gas Masks, a card for Bully Beef meat, bicycles, and uh, other stuff. Once I've given the book a proper read I'll see about integrated it properly into my games.

On a note for those who actually care about 7Tv though I will point out that I'm a little annoyed that some of the Event cards are printed incorrectly. They have the regular 7Tv artwork on the back instead of the 7Zombie Tv one. Its not a biggee, but I like my cards to look the same, and may cause a bother in games where its now obvious what those cards are (well there's like eight of them, but still).

Brotherhood of Steel
Paladin in T-51b Power Armour

*Feck you camera btw.

* Edit: Bugger, I forgot to paint the Brotherhood symbol on his armour. ¬¬

Well here's my attempt at T-51b from three years ago. It could resemble the in game armour more, but how's it look? I went for the green/grey colour scheme of the original games, rather than the BoS specific one which turns up in New Vegas (which is all grey), but I thought it'd make the model more interesting.

The parts are as follows (Games Workshop unless otherwise stated): Space Marine torso, shaved down quite a bit. Space Marine shoulder pads, with all their details removed, flipped on their sides and reshaped a little. Chaos Marauder arms, shaved down. Chaos Marauder Legs, again shaved down. Brother Vinni head. None of the original parts are visible in their original form, and I was pretty much just using them as an armature, but I suppose that that might help if people are wanting to make their own suits.

I've worked a little more on my pair of Brahmin too. The second one now has a pair of udders, and the stowage that I'll stick on them have been collected together. I haven't had the time this week to actually build the things though.

How's this for scale? I thought that it was too big, but next to a model it doesn't look so out of scale.

Today I picked up a few toy train items like a small station terminal (above), baggage and coal carts. There's another terminal available in the charity shop where I found them, but I don't know if I'd be needing to (like I said, the one I have is a bit big, whereas the other is, but the one I picked up had baggage with it, whilst the other didn't). I'll see.

Great stuff! That building will look the business with a little balsa-barricade addition. The power armour turned out really well. I just finished replaying Fallout 1 and 2 and it looks spot on!

I may buy the other train station tomorrow. The tracks are a no go (they're chunky ones for children), but the other station looks workable. I've stripped out all the electric parts from the terminal and removed everything bar the platform (there was a rail section which jutted out the front). Hopefully at one of the wargaming shows in May I can pick up some realistic train tracks to go along with that.

And away I go distracting myself with other projects as ever...

Oh and that's a Thomas the Tank Engine toy btw. There's something like forty cars and engines in the charity shop that I'm volunteering in (I know because I packed the things for sale ^^), though most of the bits aren't useful (I mean other than the engines with faces on them, the cabs aren't the right scale). There's also a set of cheap plastic doll's houses in the store room. They aren't on the floor, so I can't buy them, nor are they really decent enough for them to be sold anyway (but they'd be perfect for 28mm). I'll need to poke my manager about buying them (I mean seriously I'll pay double whatever they go on the floor for, which is like £2), but there's protocol to follow.

Oh and here's a picture of a train station from New Vegas. I just thought of this when I spied those toys.
