Really cool, it brings back memories, necromunda is one of my 2 first miniature games (with MC warzone), I was in high school, now I'm 34  lol

I even bought some minis last year...But sadly, I don't have anyone to play with anymore.

Keep posting ;)

awesome work.  Very imaginative and good, controlled use of the airbrush.

Just doing some small scatter terrain pieces between jobs right now, inspired by Borderlands. Enjoy!

Very cool, I like the shrine. Keep that book chained down so the riff-raff doesn't steal it :)

A happy accident can sometimes make a piece better than planned. Originally, I had planned for these pools to just have the larger bubbles (made from ping-pong balls and hot glue droplets) arranged in semi-transparent pools. While I was mixing the gloss medium and paint to form the pool's surface, I stirred too quickly and made the mixture foamy. Not thinking, I added this to the piece, hoping the bubbling would dissipate - which it didn't - before drying.

I do like the effect the smaller bubbles create and the green colour is great - the darker 'cracks' work really well.

Are you planning any more colour on the edges of the pools or just leaving them as ash waste?  The grey looks a little flat compared to the main bright / brash colours…

They'll remain the dark grey color, since they go with the fallen dome walls and the yellow industrial buildings I posted earlier and am in the process of finishing up.

some great characterful terrain here- great to see how you have utilised the various bits and bobs of the GW stuff to make something that looks and feels right, but is brand new. Very clever.

I am looking forward to seeing this stuff with paint on it.

keep it up.

Well, some things are happy accidents like the caustic pools....and some things don't turn out the way you'd like. These modular canals were basically one big experiment to see just how far I could take the gloss medium-as-water technique. The answer was not this far.

Looks great!
Good idea!
Sorry about the cracks!
Still more than usable though, don't let them drive you nuts!

You might be able to fill the cracks with a bit more medium once everything fully dries.

And the colour and reflectiveness look good!
