Hard one ! I tried to find it via Image Google, but had no success with :
clocher bleu ; blue steeple ; blue church tower ; голубой колокольчик  :) ;  Голубая церковь or Голубой купол церкви...

Disneyland Paris? No idea. I'm not that good in recognising russian monuments. But I think the hills could be a hint for those who know russian geography.
