Ford 3 ton tank, Mark I Gun Carrier, and other oddities
« on: 09 January 2014, 08:32:47 PM »
Folks,

Happy New Year!

While I'm new to the forum, I've been a WW1 wargamer for over 20 years.  I've been looking to see if some of the odder vehicles from the period have 28mm miniatures out there anywhere, as so far my search hasn't turned any up.  Does anyone make things like the Ford 3 Ton Tank, the Mark I gun carrier and assorted artillery pieces, the Mark 1 Salvage tank, and so forth?

Thanks!
Cole

Hi Cole,

Happy New Year to you also.

I don't know anyone who makes those vehicles in 28mm from all the manufacturers I know of.

This topic might be of interest though if you haven't seen it?

I just bought a Ford 3-ton tank thru Shapeways (Designer: mpennock):

Nice model. I also have his Lasalle armored car.

Cheers for the Shapeways link, Schogun. I'd seen people were doing Wings of War scale planes on there, but had no idea there were 28mm vehicles on there too.
