The price is definitely steep, same thing I thought when they released the giant hotel complex for WW2 stuff in 28mm...I didn't think anyone would buy it, but a bunch have turned up.  I guess there is a market.  I suppose the best part of producing laser-cut kits is that most of the work is simply computer files, so they don't even have to keep many in stock.  I'd imagine it's much easier to go into big crazy projects when someone isn't having to build big moulds etc. to produce them.  Heck the big hall could be sold as "print on demand" only, add a few days for shipping.

While I'd love one (and if I win the lottery who knows!) I can't be bothered to spend over $300 on a building.  (for the same price you can get an entire town for Dead Man's Hand after all...)
