heres a before / after conversion picture
just to let you see all the changes i have done

i was impressed how good it worked to scale the model down just by replacing the head / hands and shortening the torso....
good thing hes wearing that lab coat :D

Wow, that is VERY impressive. You took something that was utter crap and made it into an amazing work of conversion. Hat tip to you...been silently reading your posts and enjoying them. Remember, if nobody says nothing it isn't bad we're enjoying it!

Great report, mate.

You are making me want to get back to playing as soon as possible.
Now things have settled down a little in my neck of the woods, we should start a new campaign pretty soon as we have three victims volunteers to run teams so far.
 ;)

And the other fellas are right, until I saw that comparison pic I did note realise the changes that you had made with that conversion.
Top drawer!

This is one of my favourites from your collection.
It is like a really vicious version of a 'Pushmepullyou'.

Very nice, but the eye definitely is a high point, in a disturbing sort of 'low point' way,
If you see what I mean ;)

I do.
You have managed to say what I was trying to...
 :D

I was not too sure before the paint went on, but it sure looks good now.
