Benna! Ya wan, ya' Jaffa
« on: July 06, 2008, 08:33:17 PM »
Rear one, I is not a best painter, but now I wanted to show nevertheless times some star gate miniatures, which I had umbemalt. Excused ask also my bad English.
These are partially old Eureka miniatures, which I bought with Ebay and which were not well painted.

Area 51 Aliens (Megaminiatures)

Asgard ( ???? )

Goa'uld & Guard (The staff weapon was broken off, therefore I have from some Zat'n'katel made)

3 x Jaffa Guard

Tok'ra (not good paint)  :?

SG-1 (Phönix Icons)

A 11cm star gate bought in US + 2x 9 Chevrons (Must be still painted)

I hope, the miniatures do not look not too bad.
The base organization works perhaps somewhat roughly, but I have these models with Ebay acquired, there müste the base to fit.

Very nice presentation!

The painting is decent enough and they look like wonderfully fun minis.

Man those look very nice.  :o You say you found those Eureka miniatures on ebay?  That was a gold mine.  I had to convert my Jaffa.  Again great work.

Is that some sort of offensive word in Swedish?  :)

We here in the UK have loads of fun looking through the Ikea catalogue for Swedish words that look similar to English swear words  lol

Well, some of us do ..... :-X

Yes, it means "he/she who urinates in my aunt's ear".

Swedes have a lot of fun reading the IKEA catalog to. I don't know where they get their copywriters from but it aint no academic institution.

Now that opens all sorts of questions, such as.....

a) What was the film called when it was released in Sweden?

and probably more importantly

b) Why the hell is there a word for that?????

Didn't Arnie star in The Urinator?
