Tipu Sultan Steam Elephant
« on: 11 April 2014, 04:45:12 PM »
Ladies and gentlemen, I proudly present the Tiger of Mysore's new weapon.

Steam Elephant Cost:69
Speed: 6"
Armour: 14
Weapons: Blunderbuss, War Tusks (as Steam Claw)
Specials:
Unreliable: Each turn the elephant is activated for movement roll a D10. On 1 or 10 something bad happens, roll on the walker damage table.
Ignore stearsman hit and destroyed, the damage lasts only 1 one turn.
Trampling: If the movement of the elephant goes over a knocked down figure, this figure is automatically out of game.
Terrifying: Being charged by a elephant is a horrific situation, the elephant causes fear.
Howdah: Can carry up to 4 figures, they count being in class 3 cover.

Btw: The Kaiser Wilhelm Walker costs are wrong.
The 6" movement chassis is 10 points not 20. All costs -10 points and the Kaiser is pleased.

How did you get you 10 points for a movement of 6"?

Interesting. There is a steam elephant for the Tipoo Sultan in the next book :)

The model looks a lot better with the howdah rather than that silly dome it normally has.

I am almost speechless with admiration sir. It would be an honour to be beaten by someone fielding such a magnificent beast !

The Sultan is from the Mutineer Miniatures Irregular Command Pack and the Sikh is from Pulp Figures The Mad Guru Pack.
