1914 French - 10mm

As well as the late war Germans http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=67280.0 I have been working on some 1914 French. These have been a rather long term project, with the bulk of the figures bought a couple of years ago, but some significant progress has been made more recently.

My mate is supposed to be doing the early war Germans so we won't have to fight out of period forces  

The force so far

The aim is to have a GWSH division, which has 4 infantry regiments (2 painted above) and 3 regiments of 75s field guns.
I have figures to add a Chasseur battalion or two as well.
These figures are much slower to paint than the Germans due to the number of different colours of the uniforms.

Hi Russ, glad you like them. Even if the white balance is rubbish on the pictures!!

They are based and organised for Great War Spearhead, and on their first outing trounced the Hun!
