Hey Plynkes,

So only one figure and one base per post.

So do the women count as one or two?

And what does the table in the photo count as? ;) lol

Well it's supposed to be a single base, but you can have a small number of figures on it. That's so you can enter with MG team bases, artillery pieces and fellas on camels, etc. if you want to.

Number 32 British Colonial Rifleman, 24th Foot

This is a Reaper Miniature sculpted by Bob Olley. He did a series of 7 for Reaper.
I watch Zulu twice while I was working on this one so the 24th Foot meant I didn't have to pull down the reference books. I'm not sure if he's a good singer or not.

Ooh nice.  :)

Yours is actually number 32, Heisler. I changed it on your post to avoid confusion and so we end up with the right number. Hope you don't mind, I don't usually like messing with other people's posts, but we want to keep the tally straight.

I have no problem with that fix! I think the ladies might be unnumbered and that threw me off.

Arrrghh... My painting desk will be all but inaccessible all weekend!  >:(

We have carpenters putting in the second batch of new windows since we bought the house about 4 years ago, and they've left a terrible mess in the hobby room/study/office. leaving for the weekend. Luckily, it's work weekend for me, so I won't be missing out full time on painting, but it's still rather annoying!
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

No 34 Natural enemy - Bengal Tiger

I bought this from the west wind productions gladiator wars series. Doesn't seem to be in the shop anymore though.

A tiger!! Voiced by George Sanders, I hope.  :)

Now I know I said I wouldn't post any more Hehe, but the pace of the expedition has been slowing for a couple of days, so I thought we needed some reinforcements...

Excellent face Plynkes, but a little racist. Was he the African Al Jolson?  ;)

This is turning out to be an excellent century.
