Quick Question - Which edition of Setting The East Ablaze is most up-to-date?

I'm just getting into this 'genre' and a friend has passed me a copy of 'Setting the East Ablaze' which is edition '6.3'.

Is this version up to date?

Is there any worthwhile difference in getting a newer edition of the rules?

Miles out of date mate. Call me biased, but Worth buying the published set.

I will third that recommendation (and I have several earlier versions of the rules, and am a cheap bastard  to boot), well worth  purchasing
