Still on the Adeptus Arbites theme, I've created a Psy-Ops character from an old Necromunda Van Saar leader.

The 'casting' arm is from an old Warhammer chaos thug archer, and the rest was cobbled together with some bits and greenstuff.

More words and pics over at my blog.

Dang; that's just perfect 8)

Loving the use of the biker banner pole as a walking/swagger stick; I might nick that idea along the line.

His entire get-up is really compatible with the Arbites suits too btw, even without embellishment.

Great work! (again :D )
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Thanks Daeothar! The Van Saar gangers do have plenty of common elements to their outfits which help integrate. I always knew those biker poles would come in handy one day ;)

That's a great idea, he fits in really well. Good job!

Thanks guys! The base figure pretty much did all the heavy lifting, but you can't beat a hand to the temple pose for a psyker.

I always thought Psy-Ops meant something different, but this makes much more sense :D
Inspired conversion, I think all Arbites forces need one of these.

A new pair of Adeptus Arbites specialists - one armed with a classic-pattern web gun, and the other with a shock maul/riot shield combination.

The web gunner is a mid-2000s Enforcer with a custom gun, while the other is converted from a Callidus assassin.

Loads more pics and details over at my blog.
